2cups of pre water soaked sabudana, quarter cup of roasted peanuts powder,four green chillies and handful of fresh coriander which is in paste from , quarter cup of pomegranate seeds for garnish,four teaspoons of clarified butter
2 boiled potatoes, quarter tea
Directions
Take a wok add claried butter or ghee once heated then add quarter spoon of cummin seeds wait till crackle then add green chili and fresh coriander paste mix everything then add finely chopped boiled potatoes and sabudana which are soaked in water overnight and add roasted peanuts powder and add salt as per taste now saute everything till white sabudana become translucent it takes some time to change colour once cooked then garnish with pomegranate
